Richard Radimer, President and Founder
Rich has 40-plus years of experience in retail, representation and regional sales management. After spending eight years as the regional manager for Nakamichi, he founded ProAct Sales in 1991. Rich has justly earned a reputation for a level of product knowledge and sales education that has become a standard in the industry. Rich oversees all operations of Custom Partners. EMAIL

Jesse Couillou, Account Manager
Jesse is a new addition to the Custom Partners family! A graduate from Hofstra University, he brings over a decade of experience in the custom integration (CI) industry. He spent nearly ten years with WAC Lighting / AiSPIRE and LG Luxury Home Display, specializing in DVLED and large-format displays. He is a trusted resource for product knowledge, lighting design (indoor and outdoor), system layouts, quoting, and delivering training sessions. He is known for his hands-on approach, always ready to assist with closing deals, resolving challenges, or improving customer satisfaction. Email
(Outside of work, Jesse enjoys playing and watching sports, building models, painting and drawing. He is passionate about tabletop wargames, video games, and board games, as well as, diving into a great book or movie. Above all, Jesse values spending time with his family and friends. )

Ida Silvagni, Administration / Credit Manager
An industry veteran of 30 years, Ida Silvagni is a familiar voice on the other end of the phone for many of our customers. She has been managing residential AV / Home Theater sales since starting at Big Apple Audio in 1993, and takes pride in efficiently supporting our dealers’ needs. Her eye for detail and strong work ethic help form a solid inside support system for the office.
(A life-long NYC resident who roots for the NY Yankees and the NY Jets, Ida is an avid music lover and cinemaphile, and can be found most often in the kitchen cooking up Italian delights for her family. She is especially proud of being “Nonna” to her grandchildren).
Jimmy Whalen, Warehouse Manager
Jimmy spearheads our company’s warehouse operations. His continuous monitoring of inventory assures that items are always available for shipping the same day. Customers who come in to pick up product will always be greeted with a friendly smile and a helping hand.
